Alike WA’s fourth annual Blokes & Bridges Walk returns this year for Men’s Health Week, bringing the community together at the Swan River Rowing Club for a morning focused on connection, awareness, and wellbeing.
Beginning with a guest talk from Greg Hire, a passionate mental health advocate and founder of A Stitch in Time. Greg will share real insights on resilience, connection, and the importance of looking out for one another.
From there, a scenic riverside walk with two distance options:
- 3km return walk
- 7km loop
- 3km return walk
- 7km loop
After the walk, participants will return to the Swan River Rowing Club for morning tea and the chance to connect with local support groups and community organisations focused on men's health and wellbeing.
Everyone is welcome - men, women, families, carers, and support workers.
