You are invited to a free community event to come together, break the silence, talk openly about men's mental health and get advice from mental health experts. This event is hosted by Aurora Health.
Men's Circle will include talks from one of our psychiatrists Dr Tanveer Ahmed (who is a very passionate advocate for men's mental health), Craig Willson who is a counsellor and also facilitates our Men's Wellbeing Group, and some of the team from Talk2MeBro. There will also be opportunity for open discussion and mingling with our health experts.
