Men's Health Week New Zealand

The organisers of MHW in New Zealand are encouraging men to think a little more about their health, and to take small steps towards turning their health around for the better. Men's Health Week is a reminder, but healthy habits are created over a lifetime.

The first action is to take a One Minute Men's health quiz and get a gauge on health habits and routines. The Quiz is anonymous and results instantaneous.

The MHW website offers interactive information pages, quizzes, a podcast and useful resources. Check out the fun 'True or Myth' Quiz

The New Zealand campaign for Men’s Health Week is run by directors Tim Greene and Mark Sainsbury, both of whom are passionate about helping men get more on top of their health.

Tim is an experienced communicator in the fields of health, education and sports, and Mark is one of the country’s most experienced journalists and presenters, acting as both a director and ambassador for Men’s Health Week.
